Sensoji Temple

Tokyo's oldest Buddhist temple is dated to 645 AD! But it's essential to know that it was rebuilt after World War II

First, just before the entrance, you will see the giant gates, which are called Kaminarimon, with a red paper lantern. I dream of seeing it during the Sakura season. Inside the gates, you can see the statues of two gods: Fujin (wind) and Raijin (lightning). I was there only at nighttime, so I don't have a photo of them

After you pass these gates, you are going through the alley of different stores. They were closed, but I've observed many graffiti works on coverings. The temple area contains 10 objects, including a garden and this shopping street
